We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager (Foreman) to oversee multiple commercial renovation projects. This role combines project coordination, client communication, subcontractor management, budgeting, and operational oversight. Responsibilities: • Manage 3-5 active projects simultaneously • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors • Monitor budgets and project timelines • Provide regular project updates to clients • Coordinate procurement and material deliveries • Maintain project documentation and reporting • Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in construction project management is required • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Reliable transportation (travel between project locations as needed) Compensation: $22–30/hour Base salary + KPI bonus (after the initial period) Gas and toll reimbursement Growth opportunity within expanding company Please send your application via Craiglist or email hr@horecanyc.com.
