Join an experienced San Francisco real estate agent as her personal and real estate assistant. You will be her right hand: picking up and delivering client gifts, checking on listings, running errands and keeping the day-to-day details of a busy real estate business handled. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, resourceful and enjoys making someone's day run more smoothly. The details Starting pay of $30/hour, with flexibility based on experience. A consistent number of hours each week, up to 20. Flexible scheduling, with some weekday daytime availability required. Work at properties and locations throughout San Francisco. Your own reliable car is required. What you'll do Pick up and deliver client gifts, keys, signs, marketing materials and property supplies. Check on listings: visit properties, straighten up, confirm everything is show-ready and flag anything that needs attention. Handle business and personal errands and occasional office projects. Help prepare homes for photography, showings and open houses. Meet vendors at properties and coordinate access. Take quick photos or videos to share updates with the team.
