Timing belt, water pump, drive belts, spark plugs and gaskets replaced; coolant changed; valve clearances inspected/adjusted and oil seals inspected. The Honda VCM-related warranty/service bulletin work was completed by the Honda dealer, and we have the service documentation. CONDITION: Mechanically very well maintained and drives well. Clean interior in good condition. One owner, no accidents, never smoked in, and clean title. Windshield has been replaced once. Includes two remote/master keys plus the original valet key. The primary cosmetic issue is a localized area of paint peeling above the windshield. It is shown clearly in the photos so there are no surprises. Photos show the middle seat in the second row removed. We have put it back in the car. This has been a reliable and very useful family vehicle. We're selling it simply because we no longer need a minivan.
