Lost dog (Beach area)

Our dog Eddie was tied up with his leash yesterday.with his mom. Someone either took him or he's lost He has never been away from his mother. He has an issue with anxiety real bad He's scared of everything and will bark if he doesn't know you. Can anyone help us find him? I need him.
