Lost Puppy (Rosedale)

Description

Lost Black Shih Tzu puppy less than a year old, last seen near Harvard Gulch Park heading towards Broadway, but that was an hour ago. He is anxious and skittish but not aggressive. He has a noticeable underbite and has distinct white spots on his paws. Any information is greatly appreciated.
