FOUND young tuxedo cat

Description

found a young tuxedo cat around 11 p.m. on August 3rd in Takoma Park. vet didn't find a microchip, but cat is definitely clean and well taken care of. has green eyes, white markings on nose, belly and legs. one front leg has a long white sock while the other only has white on the paw. very friendly and chatty. i **think** its female but i'm not totally sure. unfortunately i can't foster her because my cat doesn't get along with other cats. if i can't find the owner i will be bringing it to Montgomery County Animal Services.
