Found grey/white pitbull (Algiers)

Description

Found a female grey pitbull (probably a mixed breed) with white markings on the face and paws walking down Kabel Drive today (3/30) during the rainstorm. She has a collar and chip and maybe belongs to a Justin Lewis (Louis?) from Westwego. The number associated with the chip was no longer active.
