Found cat Oyster Pointe Condos (Kill Devil Hills)

Description

Found young cat/kitten. Female tuxedo cat with left ear clipped. Somewhat friendly, is being fed in the bushes at the north entrance to Oyster Pointe Condos. Very healthy looking, so must have a home, but there is no collar to identify owner.
