Do you recognize this cat? (El Sereno)

Is this your cat? He appeared in our yard one day in April and has been coming to our house twice a day for food ever since. He's very friendly and has a collar (but no tag), so we assumed he must belong to someone! But as time has passed, we've realized that he spends a loooot of time at our house and have started questioning if he has a home to go back to. We're trying to figure out if he has an owner, because if he doesn't we'd love to find him a loving home. Is he yours? Or do you know who he belongs to? Is he just scamming us for extra food, then going back to his house at night? :) If you know, let us know, thank you!
