Perform routine equipment maintenance 3. Understand and interpret work scopes JSM Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Zero Turn Operator for our Bartow, Florida location. The job will consist of mowing Public Schools daily in Polk County. • Operating a 72” Zero Turn Mower in a safe manner • Must be able to load/unload equipment on/off a 25ft trailer • Working alongside other employees daily • Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning • Must be able to understand and interpret scopes of work, both written and verbal • Must be able to bend multiple times a day • Must be able to work long hours, outside in Florida weather • Must be able to lift heavy materials daily Required: • Have a valid GOVERNMENT issued ID (Driver’s License not required but a PLUS) • Must be able to pass background check, drug screening & be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits: • Company matching 401K, health benefits, PTO & holidays • Monday to Thursday work week!!
