Starting pay is $30 per hour — experience is great, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you’re already working in landscape construction, masonry, carpentry, excavation or another construction trade and you’re looking for a company that values quality workmanship, we’d like to talk to you. If you don’t have experience but you’re mechanically inclined, like working outdoors, enjoy building things and want to learn a skilled trade, we’d like to talk to you too. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN Our crews build high-end residential landscapes from the ground up. Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll have the opportunity to learn: • Excavation and equipment operation • Grading and drainage • Masonry and hardscape construction • Carpentry • Planting and landscape installation • Irrigation • Landscape lighting • Reading plans, elevations and construction drawings • Proper construction techniques and jobsite organization We aren’t looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn. A REAL CAREER PATH We want employees to know where they’re going and what they can earn as their skills and responsibilities increase. Landscape Construction Apprentice — starting at $30/hour Learn the fundamentals of landscape construction, tools, materials, equipment and our construction standards. Landscape Team Member — $32–$36/hour Able to perform construction tasks independently and becoming proficient in multiple areas of landscape construction. Senior Landscape Team Member — $36–$42/hour Experienced in several aspects of construction, able to operate equipment, read plans and solve problems in the field. Crew Leader — $42–$48/hour Works alongside the crew while helping direct daily production, quality and jobsite organization. Foreman — $48–$55/hour Responsible for running the jobsite, directing employees, coordinating materials and equipment, maintaining quality standards and keeping the project moving. Project Manager — approximately $130,000/year Responsible for managing projects, crews, schedules, clients, subcontractors, budgets and overall project execution. You don’t have to start at the bottom if you already have the skills. An experienced applicant can enter this career path at the level that matches their ability. And if you’re starting with no landscape construction experience, we’ll give you the opportunity to learn your way up.
