Work independently in an active outdoor environment Blue Water Landscape is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our company yard and property. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by keeping the yard safe, organized, and presentable while assisting crews and staff as needed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in an active outdoor environment. Job Description: Yard & Property Maintenance • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company yard and surrounding areas. • Remove and dispose of trash, debris, and leaves throughout the property. • Keep designated yard zones organized and free of clutter. • Ensure plants and trees in the holding area remain upright, organized, and properly maintained. • Maintain a clean and orderly shade house, pallet bins, bucket bins, and material storage areas. • Perform light trimming of palms and shrubs as needed. • Ensure hoses, tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored. Equipment & Facility Care • Operate equipment safely when needed. • Clean, wash, and maintain company equipment. • Clean and maintain company vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing. • Keep the attachment hut, shop areas, and storage spaces organized. • Sweep or blow out shop areas and workspaces daily. Yard & Warehouse Support • Assist crews with loading materials, tools, and equipment. • Maintain an organized yard and assist with inventory and storage areas. • Keep truck parking areas clean, clear, and organized. • Support general yard operations and warehouse-style tasks. Property Upkeep & Light Maintenance • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and small repairs. • Assist with light office-related tasks (restocking supplies, minor upkeep). • Clean office windows and maintain exterior walkways. • Pressure wash walkways, shop areas, and yard surfaces when needed. • Maintain the landscaping around the front office area. • Assist with upkeep of the Pav-Co yard area when needed.
