The ideal candidate is someone who can stay organized, take initiative, work safely, and get the job done without constant supervision once properly trained. 🔌 WIRE PULLER RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate wire cutting and measuring machines to cut, coil, and respool wire according to customer specifications. Pull wire from large bulk spools and prepare customer orders. Verify product codes, wire gauges, colors, and quantities for accuracy. Prepare wire orders for shipping and customer will-call orders. Check completed orders for accuracy before they are delivered to customers. Restock wire racks and maintain an organized inventory. Track bulk wire inventory and assist with inventory management. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy wire reels and pallets. Load and unload trucks. Stock incoming materials neatly and bring down overstock as needed. Complete warehouse paperwork and accurately enter material information into the company's internal system. Assist with processing information needed for customer invoices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Sweep, remove trash, empty trash cans, and replenish supplies. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. 📦 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous warehouse, wire, electrical supply, or material-handling experience is a plus. No degree required. Self-motivated and dependable. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating wire footage. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations. Able to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
