We’re hiring Waste Sorting Attendants to help keep a major property clean, organized, and environmentally responsible. This is an active, hands-on position that includes sorting garbage, recycling, and compost to help reduce waste contamination. Schedule Option 1 🗓️ Sunday – Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR Schedule Option 2 🗓️ Wednesday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM What You’ll Do: • Sort discarded materials into garbage, recycling, and compost ♻️ • Open bags and separate waste into the correct waste streams • Move bins between waste areas, sorting stations, and compactors • Operate a golf cart to transport bins throughout the property • Safely attach and detach bins from the golf cart tow hitch • Empty bins into compactors and safely operate waste equipment • Break down cardboard and bulky packaging • Keep trash rooms, sorting areas, and walkways clean and organized • Check bins and compactors daily and report any equipment issues • Document completed work via phone (email/text/photos) What We’re Looking For: • Reliable + punctual • Comfortable sorting and handling discarded waste • Able to lift at least 75 lbs and push/pull heavy wheeled bins (600+ lbs) 💪 • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Able to work independently and stay on schedule • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus • Experience in facilities, janitorial, or waste handling preferred but not required 📲 CALL or TEXT Zoe: 510-500-4440 to apply today!
