Responsibilities include general landscaping and tree farm maintenance (mowing, pruning, irrigation), operating heavy machinery like tractors and skid steers, and seasonal tree digging (spading, balling, and burlapping) from September through April. Requirements: • Must be reliable and hardworking. • Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and zero-turn lawn mowers is highly preferred. • Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide training. • Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred. Compensation & Schedule: • Pay: $15–$19/hour. • Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (45–50 hours/week), includes overtime. Optional Saturdays available.
