The ideal candidate is a quick learner, takes initiative, and can adapt to different tasks throughout the day. Must be dependable, organized, and able to follow through on assignments without constant supervision. Qualifications: - Valid and cleans driver's license - English communication skills, bilingual Spanish is a plus - Experience using heavy power tools, measuring equipment, power saws, and general machinery. - We are looking for someone who does well with general construction some plumbing, demolition, sheet rocking, tile work, flooring, plaster/painting. - Forklift operation experience preferred. - Comfortable using smartphones, texting, and technology to communicate and track tasks. - Strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to remember and complete assigned responsibilities. - Flexible, hands-on attitude with availability to take on various tasks each morning. - We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, learns quickly, and gets things done. - We are also looking for someone who is loyal and wants to grow within the buildings network.
