As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping, and mechanical skills. Duties: - Install and set up new irrigation systems based on design plans - Perform regular maintenance on existing irrigation systems, including checking for leaks, adjusting sprinkler heads, and replacing damaged components - Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system issues, such as broken pipes, faulty valves, wiring issues or malfunctioning timers - ensure proper irrigation coverage for plants and lawns - Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for irrigation system installation and maintenance *MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF IRRIGATION TECH*NICIAN EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL IRRIGATION SYSTEMS Qualifications: - Previous experience working as an Irrigation Technician.. - Strong knowledge of irrigation system components, including pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, wiring and timers is a MUST - Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair system issues - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches or lifting heavy equipment - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We are not looking for plumbing experience.
