The ideal candidate for this position - Hardworking and self-motivated but also has a willingness to learn and retain information. - High mechanical aptitude a plus! - Someone who wants to grow with the company. - Drivers license Job Requirements - Must be able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions. - Must be able to lift 75lbs. - Must be very mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools. - Work does involve construction related tasks. - Must have reliable transportation to get to work shop and a drivers license.
