The ideal candidate will be organized, hands-on, and able to coordinate workers, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors Manage daily job-site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule Monitor quality of workmanship and project progress Coordinate deliveries, materials, tools, and equipment Enforce job-site safety procedures Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Identify and address issues that arise on site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements: Previous construction or site supervision experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to read plans and understand construction processes Reliable, responsible, and able to lead a team Valid driver’s license OSHA/safety training is a plus Competitive pay based on experience. $35/hr + Full-time position with steady work and opportunities for growth.
