We're a growing team looking for a reliable, hands-on Sign Installer/Driver to join our installation crew. Job Summary We're looking for a Sign Installer/Driver to install real estate yard signs and posts at residential properties throughout the greater Seattle area. This role is all about driving from house to house, digging in and setting sign posts (including 50 lb posts), and getting signs up quickly, correctly, and looking sharp — every day is a new set of addresses. Responsibilities - Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between multiple residential properties each day, often on a tight schedule - Load, transport, and unload sign posts, panels, and installation equipment - Dig or auger post holes and set/install 50 lb real estate sign posts securely in yards - Attach and level sign panels/riders on installed posts - Remove signs and posts from yards when listings close or on request - Read and follow daily work orders/addresses and confirm correct property and sign placement - Take photos of completed installs for confirmation/records - Communicate professionally with homeowners, agents, and neighbors encountered on-site - Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory (posts, signs, hardware) in good order - Follow safe driving and physical safety practices throughout the day ## Qualifications - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift and carry 50+ lb posts repeatedly throughout the day, and to dig/set posts by hand or with a post auger - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather, bending/kneeling/digging as part of the job - Strong sense of direction and comfort navigating to multiple addresses per day (GPS/route apps) - Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Friendly, professional manner when interacting with homeowners and real estate agents - Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools (post auger, mallet, drill, etc.) Preferred (not required) - Prior experience with landscaping, fencing, delivery/route driving, or similar physical/driving work - Familiarity with the greater Seattle/Eastside area What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay, based on experience-$23 per hour - Steady, full-time work with a growing local company - Hands-on training and opportunity to grow your skill set - A supportive, close-knit team environment ## How to Apply email resume to : marissa.wodajo@signpros.net
