Our robots work in a live warehouse, and when they hit something they can't handle, a person takes over. That's this job. You'll rotate between two things: remotely piloting robots from a control station when the autonomy stack gets stuck, and working on the floor to stage inventory, reset workcells, and run quality checks. You'll log what went wrong on every intervention, and that feedback goes straight to the engineers who write the software — it's a real look inside a robotics company, not a filing internship. What you'll do Pilot robots remotely through tasks they can't complete on their own Monitor several robots at once and decide which needs attention first Log interventions clearly so engineering can fix the root cause Stage inventory, reset workcells after faults, run shift checks Test new software builds and give specific feedback What we're looking for Reliability above everything — you show up on time, every shift Ownership: when something looks wrong, you say so without being asked Comfort with a controller and a screen. Serious gaming hours (sim racing, flight sims, competitive FPS) transfer directly to teleoperation Real curiosity about robotics.
