Must have valid driver license and GRADING experience. The position: Bobcat operator performing grading work and a driver of F250 with trailer/equipment. Position picks up the truck/trailer each morning and drives around Central Florida (Orange, Lake, Seminole, Volusia and Polk counties) to perform residential grading work, such as building pads, driveway cuts and final grades. Must have residential grading experience. Must have a valid license with no points in the last 5 years. Must be able to speak and understand English.
