This position is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in clients’ homes while delivering a friendly, professional experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and can be trusted to care for clients’ homes and belongings. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain residential homes according to company standards and client expectations Perform routine cleaning tasks including: Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Cleaning appliances and fixtures as needed Emptying trash and replacing liners Making beds and completing other household cleaning tasks Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly Pay close attention to detail and identify areas that need additional cleaning Respect clients’ homes, belongings, privacy, and personal property Communicate professionally with clients and team members Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled cleanings Maintain a clean and organized supply/equipment area Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or client requests to management Work independently and as part of a team when needed Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, professional attitude Good communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working in different residential environments Able to follow directions and cleaning procedures Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the job This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, kneel, reach, and squat Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Repeatedly perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and scrubbing Work in a variety of residential environments What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Consistent work opportunities Training provided Supportive team environment Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement Ideal Candidate The right person for this position is someone who takes pride in making a home feel clean, comfortable, and cared for.
