Sorting metal, recycling, and scrap inventory. Material handling, loading, and unloading trucks safely. Operating machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, sorters, and compactors. Maintaining yard and warehouse organization, cleanup, and grounds maintenance. Inspecting incoming materials for contamination and quality standards. Following workplace safety policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy items. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screening. Forklift experience or certification is preferred/required for certain roles.
