Role requires managing time effectively in a dynamic setting General outdoor construction CREW LEADER position We are a hardscape and construction business based in Centerville, OH that mainly handles brick pavers, concrete, retaining walls, yard drainage and land clearing. Job varies day to day based on job-site location. You must be willing to travel between job sites using your own vehicle. Pay: -Starting pay $20-$30 hourly depending on knowledge of bricks pavers, outdoor steps, and concrete work -Weekly pay Requirements: -MUST have valid license and -MUST have YOUR OWN vehicle -Must be over 18 years old -Must be willing to work outside in various weather conditions. -Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds. -Must be able to manage time wisely This is a subcontractor position!
