Summary: This role involves independent cleaning tasks with provided training, requiring self-motivation and a focus on maintaining cleanliness standards. Highlights: 1. Training provided for all tasks Job location: 116th Ave NE & Northup Way Days: Mondays thru Fridays Hours: Start times are flexible anytime after 6pm. Building takes 4 hours to clean. Must be finished by 1am so start time can not be after 9pm. Total hours per week: 20 hours per week. Training will be provided. These are work alone shifts. You will not be working with another janitor. Candidate must possess valid DL/ID, working cell phone at all times, pass background, drug screening and USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) E-Verify check to confirm eligibility to work in the U.S. Must have smartphone to d/l timeclock/check-in tracking App. Unemployment, industrial insurance coverage, statutory sick leave, Washington paid Family Medical Leave and all other benefits required by law.
