We are a high-volume, relentless manufacturing machine, and we need raw, unyielding grit on the processing floor. As a Cannabis Production Specialist, you will be on the front lines of heavy-scale flower processing, solventless extraction prep, precision hand-rolling, and aggressive product packaging. You’ll be moving fast, standing long, handling tons of raw botanical material daily, and driving maximum yield under demanding California METRC compliance standards. Allergen Warning: Cannabis (flowers, dusts, oils, etc.) CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ● Raw Flower & Biomass Processing: Grind, buck, trim, and sort large volumes of high-grade strain flower daily with zero drop in efficiency or material loss. ● Line Assembly & High-Speed Packaging: Run automated/semi-automated filling machines for pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles, and concentrated products at an intense, relentless pace. ● Heavy Physical Logistics: Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy totes, bulk biomass bags, and processing machinery components (up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift). ● Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance: Deep-clean industrial production lines, trimmers, hoppers, and extract prep equipment using harsh food-grade solvents under strict sanitation deadlines. REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS ● California State Compliance: Must be 21+ years old ● Physical Capability: Must be able to stand, bend, crouch, and lift 50+ lbs for 8–10 hours per day in a fast-moving manufacturing plant. ● Repetitive Motion Mastery: High hand-eye coordination and endurance for continuous manual tasks (hand-rolling, precision weighing, repetitive sorting) without fatigue-induced errors. ● Environmental Tolerance: Comfortable working in cold-room environments (harvest/extraction prep) or warm, high-volume dry rooms while wearing full PPE (hairnets, respirator masks, eye protection, heavy gloves). ● Quotas: Must be able to meet metrics and quotas based on the specific task
