Everything — design, production, and support — happens in-house, and it takes a close-knit team to pull it off. We're looking for an entry-level Production Assistant ready to learn our process and grow with us. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make stamp molds and assemble finished stamps - Assist in our engraving and UV/sublimation department - Package and ship customer orders - Help with basic custodial upkeep of the shop - Support inventory management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - No experience required — we'll train you - Strong work ethic and reliability - Comfort in a small, hands-on team environment (we're about 10 people — this isn't a big-company setting) - Attention to detail and pride in quality work - A genuine interest in sticking around and growing with a small company SCHEDULE We're open 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Thursday, and closed Fridays, weekends, and major holidays. Shifts are 9 hours (not including lunch), with start times between 6:30–7:30 am. We build in some flexibility to help with work/life balance.
