Position: Power Washing Technician / Crew Member As a Power Washing Technician, you will work as part of the Shine Walk team at residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and effectively clean exterior surfaces using professional power-washing equipment. You will receive hands-on training in our equipment, cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer-service standards. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires working outdoors and being comfortable with hoses, pressure-washing equipment, ladders, water, cleaning solutions, and various types of surfaces. Responsibilities • Operate professional pressure-washing and exterior-cleaning equipment • Clean sidewalks, driveways, patios, walls, buildings, parking areas, and other exterior surfaces • Set up and break down equipment and work areas • Handle and manage long hoses and equipment safely • Use cleaning solutions and equipment according to company procedures • Protect landscaping, property, vehicles, windows, doors, and other areas from damage • Follow proper pressure-washing and surface-cleaning techniques • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Perform basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance • Load, unload, and properly care for company equipment • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers • Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality • Follow all company safety procedures • Work cooperatively with other crew members • Represent Shine Walk in a professional manner at every job What We're Looking For The most important qualities we're looking for are reliability, work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
