General Building Cleaning • Clean common areas, including hallways, staircases, entrances, doors, and windows. • Sweep and mop floors and staircases as needed; keep lobby and entrance areas presentable. • Check and clean elevators, including floors, doors, and mirrors. Garbage and Recycling • Remove and properly separate garbage and recycling according to the building schedule. • Keep garbage/refuse rooms, containers, and surrounding areas clean and organized. • Report large items or tenant belongings to management before removing them. Exterior and Building Areas • Keep sidewalks, building perimeter, entrances, and garbage areas free of litter and debris. • Keep mechanical, utility, laundry, and supply rooms clean and organized. • Check the roof where authorized; keep accessible drains clear of small debris and report blockages. Communication and Reporting • Report maintenance issues, damage, leaks, blocked areas, and safety concerns promptly. • Take clear photos of completed work and submit required reports through company channels. • Contact management before scheduled time ends if additional time is needed.
