Summary: This role involves the daily cultivation, care, and preparation of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs from seedlings until they are ready for sale, including nursery operations, inventory, loading, shipping, and maintenance. Highlights: 1. No experience required 2. Engage in nursery operations and inventory management 3. Maintain work areas and perform basic upkeep We will be hiring Nursery Workers Starting October to work Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm. Hourly pay is $17.50/her we pay weekly. We speak Spanish no experience required. Able to lift a max of 12lb Nursery Operations and Inventory Organization: Arrange and sort plants by species, size, type, or seasonal readiness across greenhouses and outdoor display yards. Loading and shipping: Prepare, tag, and load finished plants onto delivery trucks for wholesale transport or pack orders for customer shipping.
