Most projects involve preparing vacant apartments for new residents following move-outs. Candidates must be skilled in painting, drywall repair, and general surface preparation while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Paint interior apartment walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards. Repair drywall damage, including patching holes, cracks, dents, and other wall imperfections. Perform minor baseboard repairs and preparation before painting. Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, and priming. Paint and refinish kitchen and bathroom cabinets with a professional finish. Match existing paint colors when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project. Identify and report any additional repairs or maintenance concerns. Complete work efficiently while meeting quality standards and project deadlines. Requirements Experience with drywall patching, wall repairs, door repairs, and baseboard repairs. Experience painting cabinets with smooth, high-quality finishes. Must provide your own tools and equipment, including ladders, brushes, rollers, sprayers (if used), patching tools, sanding equipment, and other painting tools. Must provide your own basic painting supplies and materials. Reliable transportation is required. Must be dependable and available to accept work assignments with approximately 2 to 4 days' advance notice. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
