Picking: Use an RF scanner to find and pick items from assigned locations Scan every item and place it in the correct tote, without overfilling Move filled totes to the conveyor or drop-off area Packing: Scan items and check that each order is complete and correct Pack single-item and multi-item orders in the right bag or box Print and apply shipping labels and send packed orders to Shipping Both: Keep your area clean and follow all safety rules Stand, walk, bend and reach for your full shift Performance standards (units per hour, UPH): Picking: 153 UPH, or 145 UPH when the warehouse is 82°F or above Packing single-item orders: 114 UPH, or 102 UPH at 82°F or above Packing multi-item orders: 326 UPH, or 293 UPH at 82°F or above New hires are not held to the standard during their first week.
