How the ladder works • Level 1 — $15/hr: Learn the tools, safety, rebar, forms, and how a pour works. We show you everything. • Level 2 — Read plans, set grade pins, work the pour. You’re a real concrete hand now. • Level 3 — Set walls, run lasers, help train the new guys, lead when the foreman’s away. • Foreman: Run your own crew. Every one of our foremen started right where you would. Each level has a written checklist, so you always know exactly what to learn next and what it pays. No guessing, no favorites — learn the skills, earn the raise.
