Responsibilities: Mask and protect non-painted areas Patch, caulk, sand, and repair drywall Power wash and remove old finishes Prime surfaces properly Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist painters during application Requirements: Experience with prep work required Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques Detail-oriented and efficient Able to work independently and with crew Strong understanding of safety practices Foreman / Crew Leader Lead residential and commercial painting crews.
