Responsibilities Paint apartment units, interiors, exteriors, hallways, and common areas Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, taping, and priming Perform touch-ups and make-ready painting between residents Maintain clean and organized work areas Protect flooring, fixtures, and furniture while painting Follow safety procedures and properly use painting tools and equipment Complete assigned work efficiently and according to quality standards Communicate with maintenance and property management teams as needed Qualifications Previous painting experience preferred Knowledge of surface preparation, primers, paints, and application techniques Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift supplies and work on ladders when needed What We Offer Full-time, year-round position Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work at apartment communities Opportunities for advancement
