Job Responsibilities * Perform commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, including hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans. * Operate professional hot-water pressure washing equipment and specialized cleaning tools. * Prepare and protect restaurant equipment and surrounding areas before cleaning. * Access rooftop exhaust systems using ladders and appropriate safety equipment. * Inspect systems and identify maintenance concerns. * Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies. * Document completed work with detailed photographs. * Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional cleaning standards. * Assist with job preparation, organization, and daily operations. Schedule & Travel Requirements This position involves overnight work, as most restaurant cleaning services take place after business hours. Applicants must be comfortable with: * Late-night and overnight schedules. * Physically demanding work. * Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Colorado winters. * Occasional extended shifts. * Traveling throughout the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, Grand Junction, and occasionally New Mexico. * Overnight travel when required. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are important. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, industrial cleaning, or related mechanical trades is highly preferred. However, we will consider motivated individuals with strong mechanical ability, a proven work ethic, and the right attitude.
