Ability to perform waterproofing installation on the following: • Elevated Balconies • Entry Decks • Elevated Walkways • Landings • Patios • Podium Decks Job Requirements • must have 2+ years of Waterproofing experience • Must have Experience with WestCoat, Plidek & Life Deck. • Must be able to remove existing overburden, pitching planter, conc floor, installing tar pitch product, drainage protection, materials, installing waterproofing membranes and applicable trims, edging and accessories. • Must have basic tools, company will provide major equipment. • Experience in residential constructions is a plus. • Must supply Hard Hat, long pants, and boots. • Ability to install scuppers, flashing, edges.
