What You'll Do Clean residential and commercial windows Use ladders, water-fed poles, and pressure washing equipment Clean rooftops, solar panels, gutters, and hardscapes Install and remove Christmas lights during the holiday season (October through January) Talk with homeowners like a professional: answer questions, explain what you're doing, and leave every customer glad they hired us Troubleshoot tricky access points and odd jobs (every property is a little different) Work in a crew and communicate clearly to get the job done right Work as a team, and work independently to get jobs done Pay and Perks Apprentice Technician (2-4 weeks) $20/hr plus tips Journeyman Technician (after training period) $22/hr plus tips Regular pay increases as you build your skills and take on more responsibility Paid time off!!! You'll start as an Apprentice Technician, learning every service we offer. From there you’ll grow into a Journeyman Technician running your own jobs and with your own vehicle. Who You Are You're comfortable with heights, ladders, and lifting 50 lbs, and you don't mind getting dirty You come from a hands-on background. Construction, trades, landscaping, military, or other blue collar work is a big plus You're friendly and professional with customers. You can knock on a door, introduce yourself, and make a homeowner feel at ease You like working with your hands and solving problems You're reliable, respectful, and team-oriented You have strong attention to detail and genuinely care about quality work You're quick to learn and always looking for ways to improve You have a valid driver's license You have a clean driving record and background check No experience?
