We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled Multi-Trade Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual with hands-on experience in multiple construction trades, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities Perform a variety of general construction, remodeling, and repair tasks on residential and commercial projects. Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and finish work. Perform general building maintenance and miscellaneous repairs. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Read and follow instructions, measurements, and basic construction plans. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Work efficiently with other tradesmen, subcontractors, and supervisors. Travel to various job sites throughout San Diego County. Qualifications & Requirements Prior construction experience required, preferably across multiple trades. Valid California driver's license and good driving record required. Reliable transportation required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to report to job sites throughout San Diego County. Working knowledge of common construction tools, materials, and techniques. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when needed. Must follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements. Compensation $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and ability to perform multiple trades independently.
