We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. Position Summary The Water Mitigation Technician responds to water damage emergencies, performs water extraction and structural drying, sets up and monitors drying equipment, and documents job progress. This position requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Respond to emergency water losses (residential and commercial) Perform water extraction and remove damaged materials as directed Set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Monitor moisture levels and document readings daily Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos and notes Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean working condition Follow IICRC standards and company procedures Qualifications Previous water mitigation or restoration experience preferred IICRC WRT certification (preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces when necessary Strong communication skills Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergency calls What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Training and certification assistance Supportive team environment How to Apply If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready to build a career in restoration, we encourage you to apply today.
