Responsibilities Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation services, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition tasks Adhere to company processes and safety guidelines to complete job tasks efficiently and safely Promptly report equipment malfunctions or customer concerns to the supervisor Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality restoration services Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response services (every 4 weeks) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Availability for scheduled on-call rotation Must pass a respirator fit test and required background checks Experience in water mitigation or restoration is preferred for lead technician roles, but not required Compensation Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Vacation Pay Comprehensive Insurance Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Illness, Accident) 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Training and opportunities for advancement Apply now in 2 minutes!
