Maintain a clean and organized shop environment We’re looking for a reliable and organized person to help keep our landscaping equipment running smoothly. Responsibilities include: - Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other small engines - Scheduling and tracking maintenance and repairs - Managing parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed - Keeping the shop clean, safe, and well-organized - Scheduling repairs with outside vendors Requirements: - Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities - Self-motivated and dependable - Experience with small engines or landscaping equipment a plus - High School Diploma or GED Benefits - Pay: $18+/hour - based on experience - Full time, year around position (with snow & ice management) with weekly pay - Matching 401K - Paid Vacation and Holidays - Performance Bonuses - Employee Appreciation Events - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - Education Reimbursement - Flexible Hours and Schedule Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) Location: Romeo If you take pride in keeping things running efficiently, we’d love to have you on our team!
