Work in a small community environment Start tomorrow We are looking for Apartment Maintenance Technicians • Maintenance Technician will handle routine maintenance repairs and prepare vacant apartments for move-in's by completing turnovers and make-ready tasks efficiently. Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with onsite teams and the community manager to prioritize service needs. Qualifications • Experience 1-2 years in apartment, building or hospitality maintenance. • Complete work orders effectively. • Operate power tools safely for maintenance tech only. • Repairing electrical circuits, switches, fixing or repairing- toilets, sinks, minor carpentry caulking of doors, windows, counters. • Servicing or installing light fixtures, blinds and appliances. (Washers and dryers, stoves, refrigerators) • Basic tools needed only for maintenance tech such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, or drill. •Dress code must own steel toe work shoes. •PASS Drug testing and background check •Valid driver’s license or state ID Must have reliable transportation to and from job site and be authorized to work in the USA.
