Summary: Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a housing community to perform painting, drywall, grounds work, and minor repairs. Highlights: 1. Experience preferred but not necessary Full-Time Maintenance Technician needed immediately for housing community in Calcium, NY. Duties include painting, drywall, grounds work and minor electrical/plumbing/heating repairs. Experience preferred but not necessary. Must have a driver license and transportation.
