Summary: This entry-level contract position involves hands-on work with minimal supervision, requiring individuals who are reliable and motivated to learn. Highlights: 1. Drive to learn and succeed is valued over prior experience MUST BE RELIABLE, THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION. We are needing individuals who can work with their hands and aren't lazy! Starting individuals after phone interview if they qualify. Entry level position where you must work with little to no direct supervision in the field. Work Schedule will vary depending on each project but is usually 5 days on and 2 days off while on the road. Traveling will be 3-5 weeks at a time in some instances but we try to get everyone home once a month for some time off if not more frequently. You will be traveling with a group to and from each location, no vehicle or tools needed. Hotel stay will be provided. Work sites are throughout the SE states including but not limited to (AR,LA,MS,FL,AL,GA,TN,TX,OK,NC,SC,VA,KY ETC). You will ride out with a group from a location in Texarkana or Shreveport. Depending on the project scope we will be working all different hours, sometimes they are night projects due to business hours and scope requirements and other times it can be day projects. Pay will be at the end of your 2nd week. $700/week after 14 day probation period. (600/wk) during probation. If you can lead your own team (which would have certain requirements not listed here) then pay can be increased. Those details can be discussed during phone interview. No exp will be needed, no vehicle is needed, just a drive to learn and succeed. Additional information will be given at the time of phone interview. All tools and supplies will be provided.
