Responsibilities: Building and framing high end decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces Steel framing knowledge is a plus Ability to read blueprints Ability to run a crew Communicating with homeowners, project managers and subcontractors Qualifications: Previous experience in construction Need to have own tools Framing experience Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) **Must be willing and able to travel** Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour - flexible based on experience and expertise Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift, M-F
