We are looking for a dedicated team member who is experienced, detail-oriented, and hard-working. Rate of Pay: Crew Member: $25.00 – $27.50+ / hour (DOE – Pay based on experience and field performance) Work Experience & Qualifications: • Ability to speak English • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Located near Renton (within a 1-hour commute) • Reliable transportation • Comfortable working outdoors year-round • Preferred experience: Mowing, weeding, blowing, mulching, edging, raking, planting, and pruning/trimming • Ability to drive work trucks is a plus • Ability to drive a manual transmission is a major bonus!
