Must be able to communicate effectively, be organized and be able to work in a variety of outdoor conditions & temperatures. Will be responsible for making sure all outdoor spaces are properly designed & cared for. Irrigation experience PLUS. Some duties will include: • Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns. • Weeding and mulching landscape beds. • Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs. • Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees. • Planting shrubs, flowers and trees. • Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes. • Upkeep on several properties **MUST SUBMIT A RESME **MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE **MUST PASS AN MVR **MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND Business Hours: 7am - 3 or 4pm depending on the schedule.
