Summary: Seeking an experienced landscape maintenance foreman to lead a crew and perform various landscaping tasks, including pruning, mowing, irrigation, and general maintenance. Highlights: 1. Lead landscape maintenance crew 2. Perform diverse landscaping tasks 3. Manage irrigation and minor repairs Hours: Weekdays M-F from 7:00am-3:30pm Office: 408-686-9307 Job Type: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES Lead crew Track crews hours Hand Pruning, Mowing, hedging, dead heading flowers, blowing and bagging, raking, edging, weed removal, etc. Seasonal adjustments of irrigation timers Repair minor irrigation leaks Assist in any landscape maintenance needs BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE Must have 3+ years of landscape maintenance foreman experience The ability to work as a team and lead crew Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
